It takes a really special kind of empathy to do the work they do. When my beloved Bowie passed I wanted to do something different for him. This was my first time cremating a companion and while losing a pet is an unimaginable pain, they helped eased the burden ❤️ They were very respectful from the first message all the way to coming in to take our lil guy home. Thank you so much for the beautiful work you do, I’ll never forget this experience 💞 Other thing to note: we did pay upfront but the woman who helped me told me about payment plans without me having to ask which was an incredibly kind gesture.
